General Renting Terms
By booking our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards.
- For international payments, Revolut and Zelle are accepted.
- Make the payment and share with us the proof of payment.
- Prices may vary based on seasonality and demand.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 4 pm | Check-out: 10 am
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. House Rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- Pets are allowed on some properties.
- Parties and gatherings are allowed.
- Guests must respect neighbors and maintain noise levels.
4. Security & Damages
- A security deposit may be required.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation is available 15 before check-in.
- Cancellations after this period will be non-refundable.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- The host is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or lost items.
- Guests must ensure the property is locked and secured when leaving.
7. Additional Guests & Visitors
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Additional guests must be approved in advance.
