Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and fees are associated only for the floral joke in Chandler and the two homes in Phoenix.

Hi guest!

As outlined in our listing rules, we do not allow pets at some of our properties.  However, I am unable to deny your stay based on the fact of you are bringing a Service Animal.

Please answer the following questions approved by ADA about your service animal.

  1. Is the animal a service animal required because of a disability?
  1. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

We have the following guidelines for guests who wish to bring a service animal into the property:

  • A service animal staying on the property is NOT allowed to be left in the home alone at anytime during your stay.
  • This means not even in a crate.
  • You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the property. The property is equipped with exterior cameras, and this can be verified.
  • Guests are 100% liable for any damage caused by a service animal.
  • Service Animals must be on a leash at all times or under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
  • Please provide documentation at booking, including an ESA certificate, proof of rabies & vaccination, and specific information on the last flea & tick.
  • Service animals must use the bathroom outdoors.  Indoor pee pads are NOT ALLOWED. Guests are expected to clean up after their service animals and are expected to bring their own supplies for doing so.
  • Misrepresentation of a service animal is a crime. If it is discovered that a guest lied about their ‘Service Animal’ to avoid pet fees and/or deposits for their pet, the guests will be evicted immediately with no refunds, that guest will be reported to the appropriate federal agency for fraud and we may seek legal recourse.

We look forward to hosting your stay and hope that the property exceeds your expectations.
