General Renting Terms

By booking our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards.
  • For international payments, Revolut and Zelle are accepted.
  • Make the payment and share with us the proof of payment.
  • Prices may vary based on seasonality and demand.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 4 pm | Check-out: 10 am
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

3. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.
  • Pets are allowed on some properties.
  • Parties and gatherings are allowed.
  • Guests must respect neighbors and maintain noise levels.

4. Security & Damages

  • A security deposit may be required.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is available 15 before check-in.
  • Cancellations after this period will be non-refundable.

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • The host is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or lost items.
  • Guests must ensure the property is locked and secured when leaving.

7. Additional Guests & Visitors

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
  • Additional guests must be approved in advance.
